Timm has spent all of his professional life within Pharma and MedTech companies. He is convinced that the people’s side of change is where we can win and where really a difference is made – both for the people themselves but also bottom-line results for companies. This is why Timm is so passionate about the Teal organizational model, self-organization and agile practices.
He is a Co-Founder and change catalyst at a Teal-based consultancy LIVEsciences AG. Timm has 10+ years of experience across the value chain in Pharma, especially Clinical and in Project & Organizational Change Management (OCM). He has 5+ years of experience of building organizational structures and agile practices for Teal, self-organizing and agile transformations. Also, he is an experienced Team Coach & Leadership Coach in Reverse Mentoring setup. Timm supports people in big corporations to get back their meaningful and sustainable work and make work more fun.
