David is an American who has spent the majority of his career as an operations professional in Denmark having 20+ years of leadership experience across multiple industries. Over the years, he developed his own leadership style which was a combination of Scandinavian trust and American drive. His leadership competencies increased during these years – a combination of learning from his mistakes and having a burning desire and interest in becoming a good leader.
David became aware of the importance for himself personally, of having a strong purpose in his work and began to realize that this wasn’t something that was unique to him, but a fundamental human need. Since that time, he began working with the concepts of modern leadership and later modern organizations. David has focused his work on helping companies develop a strong purpose and developing trusting working environments. In the last few years he has expanded his work to include mentoring and coaching leadership teams in their work to find their unique organizational form based on the paradigms of purpose, a network of teams and transparency.
